The MHBC Super Summer Portal is provided by Morrison Heights Baptist Church to help registered families follow their students’ progress toward Super Summer requirements in one place.
Your Family Portal
Sign in with the email address connected to your registration to see your linked students together. The portal shows attendance for each semester, student requirements, parent forms, and payment progress. Attendance and registration information comes from Planning Center; church staff records and reviews other requirements.
When uploads are available, you can submit supported assignments and eligible scanned forms for staff review. An upload is marked Awaiting Review until staff reviews it; uploading a file does not automatically complete a requirement. The notarized medical release still requires the original paperwork.
How to Sign In
Open the portal, enter your registered email address, and use the sign-in code sent to your inbox. Parents do not need a Google account. Access is limited to registered families and authorized church staff.
Google Drive Connection for Staff
The portal’s Google connection lets an authorized staff member select a Drive folder for copies of submitted files. Files are named for the student and requirement to help staff review and organize them. The portal requests access to files and folders selected for or created by this app, rather than full access to the connected account’s Drive. This connection is for staff; parents sign in by email code.
